ZESBAUGH: [00:00:00] Some polls earlier this fall had Jason Crow as much as — I think — 10 or 11 points ahead in this race. Do you put any stock in those polls?
COFFMAN: [00:00:07] No, not really. That was by the New York Times and I think they put their thumb on the scale. And the fact is polling in my previous races have all — I think in 2014, I was 2 points up and I won by nine points. In 2016, I was one point up in the polls and won by 8 points. So, no, I don’t put a lot of stock in the polls.
ZESBAUGH: [00:00:29] The president — I know, I think — has 11 more cities on his campaign blitz in the next five days. Is Colorado going to be one of the states that he visits? And would you like him to come here for you?
COFFMAN: [00:00:41] Well, all of the states he’s visiting are states that he did well in in 2016, where there’s a Senate or a gubernatorial race up. And certainly that’s not the case in Colorado.
